Kenyans show up in court in solidarity with Morara
One of Morara’s friends who showed up at the court in solidarity with his arrest said his arrest is attributed to politics.
Evans Kimori who was present at the court claims that Morara was arrested allegedly because he made false allegations against President William Ruto.
He also criticized the political class for their silence, comparing it to the quick response they gave when former Kiambu Governor Ferdinand Waititu was abducted.
He noted that while they were swift to speak about Waititu’s abduction, they have remained silent on Morara’s.
