The Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE) has unveiled the list of Kenya’s top-performing employers for 2025. The announcement was made during the 5th Edition of the Employer of the Year Awards (EYA) Gala Dinner, held on November 7, 2025, in Nairobi.
According to FKE, the awards are designed to celebrate organizations that prioritize their people and integrate effective policies, systems, and processes to enhance enterprise competitiveness, productivity, and industrial harmony.
The awards provide a platform for identifying, ranking, and recognizing excellence in leadership, corporate performance, human resource management, and corporate social responsibility across the country.
The 2025 edition featured a wide range of categories, highlighting exceptional achievements by organizations committed to best practices in management, inclusivity, and innovation.
FKE lists of best employers in Kenya for 2025
In the Leadership and Governance category, Kabarak University emerged as the winner, followed by Absa Bank Kenya in second place and KenGen in third. For Corporate Governance, KenPoly took the top spot, while WWF – World Wildlife Fund and Liberty Life Insurance came in second and third, respectively.

In the Innovation and Productivity category, Sama Sours led the pack, ahead of Jubilee Insurance and Mombasa DT Port Sacco. Coca-Cola Beverages Africa was named the best in Responsible Business Conduct, with Old Mutual and Williamson Holdings securing second and third positions.
The Inclusiveness and Diversity award went to CPF Financial Services, while VSO International and Bomu Hospital took second and third places, respectively. In the Workplace Environment category, Cigna Insurance was crowned the overall winner, followed by Airflow and AAR Insurance.
Under Learning and Development, Kenya Reinsurance Corporation claimed the top honor, ahead of Strathmore University and HACCO Industries. The Human Resource Practice and Industrial Relations category saw English Press emerge first, with Kenya Seed Company Ltd and Tropical Heat taking the second and third positions.
Special recognition was also given to Laiser Insurance and NSSF for their outstanding contributions in specific categories. In the SME Category, DHL Global was declared the winner, followed by VSO International and Fratch Group.
The highlight of the evening was the announcement of the overall EYA 2025 winners, where CPF Financial Services was crowned Employer of the Year 2025. Coca-Cola Beverages Africa took second place, while Kabarak University came in third.
