Karua exuded confidence the Supreme Court will overturn Deputy President William Ruto’s victory in the just concluded General Election.
she assured Azimio supporters that they will bring their victory home.
Karua noted that the Azimio collation Azimio will explore all legal and constitutional avenues to ensure that they get justice.
“Victory is deferred, but it’s coming home, and that is the message to everyone as we explore all legal and constitutional avenues,” Karua said.
Speaking on Wednesday, Karua said all elections result for different seats showed that the Azimio coalition party was leading.
“Our figures show that we command the National Assembly therefore, we must meet and plan how we will execute our mandate,” she added.
Karua spoke at a meeting of all elected leaders under the Azimio umbrella
Azimio leader Raila Odinga chaired the meeting held at the Kenyatta International Conference Centre(KICC)
Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka also attended the meeting
Kalonzo said that the international community had listened to Raila’s complains about the election results
He added that they were not going to allow the country to take the wrong direction
