Lands Chief Administrative Secretary Kimani Ngunjiri was on Monday involved in a gun drama after he invaded a private farm in Nakuru.
The drama left two people injured after the CAS allegedly shot them.
Ngunjiri had earlier led a mob in invading a private farm he claims a share of in Nakuru.
Rift Valley DCI boss Francis Wanjau confirmed they confiscated a Ceska pistol from Ngunjiri following the drama.
Wanjau said preliminary findings had shown the incident happened after a group stormed a disputed farm with some driving a tractor before destroying a fence belonging to a woman.
“The matter is pending under probe after one person was injured. We have confiscated the pistol for now,” Wanjau said.

The lady raised an alarm and when residents responded, Ngunjiri himself started shooting.
The group was confronted by about 100 people before the CAS started firing shots.
Ngunjiri told police he shot in self-defence.
