Kenyan comedian and content creator Eric Omondi has stepped in to help a woman experiencing a mysterious stomach swelling.
In a statement on Thursday, Omondi appealed for support from Kenyans to help the woman from Nyandarua County who had suffered a strange condition.
“Hey everyone, I have found our sister, Keziah Nyambura. She needs our support, and we are her only hope. Let’s come together and help her regain her life,” he shared on his social media platforms.
Keziah Nyambura, a 41-year-old mother of three from Nyandarua, appealed for help to undergo an operation at Kenyatta National Hospital to cure a strange swelling of her stomach.
Keziah Nyambura Shares Her Story
During an interview, she said that since 2019 she has been walking with difficulty because her swollen stomach has become too heavy to carry.
“It started as a small bulging of the stomach and at first I thought I was pregnant, but the bulging continued increasing forcing me to visit several hospitals without getting a solution,” she emotionally narrated.
The mother of three also narrated that she had done an ultrasound at JM Kariuki Memorial Hospital in Ol Kalou.
However, the medical procedure did not detect anything.
“I was advised to go to Nakuru PGH hospital, where the CT scan revealed that the swelling was coming from the uterus hence, I had to undergo surgery,” she said.

Eric Omondi Steps in to Help
After her video went viral, Eric Omondi- among other Kenyans- became deeply concerned and asked his fans and supporters to help him find the woman.
“Please help me find this woman. I am told she is from Nyandarua, her name is Keziah Nyambura. If you know her, please comment with her number or DM Me,” he posted.
The content creator later posted a video of Keziah in the hospital as he appealed for financial help on her behalf.
Eric Omondi started a #SisiKwaSisi initiative to raise the required money needed for the surgery.
His initiative aims to uplift ordinary Kenyans, transform their lives, and inspire hope.

The Comedian has received praises from his fans and supporters, calling him a hero for the hopeless.
