A renowned Member of Murang’a County Assembly (MCA) has revealed dating media personality Betty Kyalo’s ex-boyfriend.
Sharleen Wambui Maina unveiled his new man Nick Ndeda, through her Facebook post.
The MCA had posted a photo of herself with Nick but had hidden his face with an emoji. She captioned the photo stating that Valentine’s is in twenty days and people should scratch the photo to find out the identity of the man.
“Valentine’s is in 20 days,wanawake tumekuwa wapole kuliko messages za Safaricom (women have humbled more than Safaricom messages) Scratch to review,” stated the MCA.

She later posted the photo of Nick stating that online sleuths had discovered him.
“Aki nyinyi online DCI. Goodnight!!! Kesho twende church!(You online sleuths. Goodnight, tomorrow we go to church,)” added Sharleen.

Last year, the MCA had stated that she is single. She made a post on Facebook stating that her wedding day is fast approaching, and she does not have a husband yet.
Betty Kyallo and Nick Ndeda broke up in 2022 after dating for a few months. Betty stated that the break-up was as a result of different angles with which they looked at things.

Nick on the other hand stated that the publicity around their relationship contributed to the break-up.
“I don’t think publicity had much to do with it, but it certainly didn’t help. I think when relationships are in a premature stage you need a lot of privacy just to figure each other out, but when you’re pushed into the limelight at such an early stage then it becomes almost obligatory to become someone, to look some way,” said Nick Ndeda.

He further said that the relationship would have lasted for a while longer if it had been allowed three to four months of privacy, adding that their relationship was made public by blogger Edgar Obare, contrary to their will.
“If we had been allowed another 3 or 4 months just to settle into it, I’m sure we would have had a better foundation for the relationship. We never wanted that publicity, and I personally didn’t want it at all, but it was imposed on us thanks to Edgar Obare’s posts,” stated Nick.
