Stevo Simple Boy and KRG the Don have reconciled after a public feud that had been brewing between them.

This reconciliation happened following a chance meeting where the two artists found themselves in each other’s company and engaged in a friendly chat

In a video shared by KRG, he expressed forgiveness towards Stevo, citing the various challenges that the ‘Mihadarati’ hitmaker is currently facing as the reason for accepting his apology.

“Lakini Mimi nilikusamehea kwa sababu niliona ulianguka chini maisha imekuwa ikikulemea,” said KRG. (I forgave you after seeing all the problems you are facing).

Stevo, in turn, apologized and clarified that any misunderstandings were due to misquotations by online bloggers and that he had no actual issues with KRG The Don.

“Hii ni hali ya mtandao. Mi sina shida na wewe,” said Stevo simple boy. (This is just the internet. I do not have any issue with you). 

Stevo explains his woes

During the reconciliation, Stevo Simple Boy explained that his financial struggles were largely due to the mismanagement by his former manager, who had allegedly swindled him of his earnings.

However, he expressed optimism about his future prospects, noting that he had recently signed with Main Switch Group, a move that he believes would bring about a major turnaround in his fortunes.

Expressing understanding towards Stevo’s situation KRG The Don offered him Ksh5,000 in cash and pledged to support him in his music endeavors.

“We have met and put our differences aside and from now on we will be working closely with KRG The Don,” said an elated Simple Boy.

Additionally, KRG appealed to Kenyans to show their support to Stevo simple Boy urging them to buy his music and merchandise so that he can be able to stand on his own feet financially.

Details of the Feud

The dispute between the two artists had been simmering for some time.

In the past, Stevo Simple Boy had publicly stated his reluctance to ever collaborate with KRG The Don.

He even went as far as dismissing him as a mere “vixen” and stating that he does not recognize him as a legitimate artist.

“KRG is not a musician; he is a vixen. I do not care whether he has done a collabo with Konshens. One day you should come vixen in my music video,” remarked Stevo.

However, the recent turn of events has seen the duo make amends with KRG offering financial support to Stevo and expressing a commitment to work together.
