Socialite Vera Sidika has taken a luxurious and expensive flight out of Nairobi.
Taking to her Instagram account, the socialite shared the receipt of her flight expenses which amounted to Ksh868,995. She spent Ksh544,565 on airfare, Ksh307,580 on career-imposed charges and taxes, and fees Ksh16,850.
While she did not reveal her destination, Vera said she had booked a trip out of Nairobi to cool off.

“Nairobi has been too hot lately, so I booked the plane just to cool off in the snow. Guess my next destination,” the socialite stated.
She also posted videos of herself having a good time on the private jet sipping a drink. She also took the chance to show off her curvaceous body in a brown body suit, while enjoying the sky views.
While responding to the post, her fans wished her well while most expressed their desire to have such kind of money.

“Have you seen the fifth slide? We need to work hard, do not sleep guys,” stated Marion.
“Keep going, I am happy for you,” stated Florence Kisika.
“Vera, is that you spending Ksh900,000 on a flight? Where are you going that you have not gone already?” asked Marion Mayabi.
“Miss Mungasia, is that money enough to buy a Vitz you are spending on a flight?” stated Maureen Wangchi in jest.
Vera’s sources of income
The socialite, whose real name is Verah Mungasia, is known for showing off her wealth online through her lavish lifestyle.
In early February 2025, Vera posted a video of herself eating food surrounded by bundles of Ksh 1,000 notes. She stated that the money was her main course and her favorite food.
Vera revealed that her fist introduction to money was through a wealthy politician that she dated while at the university. She stated that this relationship is the one that introduced her to the world of luxury.

The socialite stated that she saved millions from this relationship.
Vera makes her money from club appearances, among other income streams. She also runs a beauty parlor, Vera Sidika Beauty Parlour, and sells her detox tea brand, Veetox.
Speaking in a past interview, Vera stated that she charges club appearances depending on where the club is located. Her rates begin from $6,000 in international clubs and $2,000 for local clubs.
