Admission Process and Requirements
The admission process is structured to ensure a thorough evaluation of applicants. Prospective students must create an account and complete online application forms, accompanied by a non-refundable Ksh26,000 registration fee payable to the business office.
Entrance testing is mandatory for grades 2-12, focusing on English and Math, with a requirement to meet or exceed the 50th percentile on US norms.
Most applicants require student and/or parent interviews, and the Admission Committee makes the final decision.
Upon admission, families must pay a Ksh129,000 deposit per child to secure a space, which is refundable upon withdrawal.

Age requirements are strict, with preschool entry for children turning 4 by September 1, Kindergarten for those turning 5 by the same date, and subsequent grades aligning with age 6 for Grade 1, up to Grade 8 at age 13, and high school (grades 9-12) typically starting at age 14, with graduation before age 20.
