Educational Background
Kinuthia began his education at Our Lady of Victories, Bahati, where he completed the Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) between 1982 and 1989.
He later joined Bahati P.C.E.A. Secondary School, earning his Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) from 1991 to 1994.
He undertook a Certificate in Bridging Management at the Kenya Institute of Management in 2011, and two years later, he enrolled at St. Paul’s University, earning a Diploma in Leadership Management (2013–2015).
Samuel Gachobe progressed to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership Management at the same university, a programme he continues to undertake as of 2025.

In Parliament, he has served in the Departmental Committee on Lands and the Procedure and House Rules Committee.
