Kakamega County, located in western Kenya, has a total of 844,551 registered voters according to the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC).
The county’s 12 constituencies vary in the number of registered voters. Malava leads with 94,417 voters, followed closely by Lurambi with 89,627 voters and Lugari with 86,908 voters.
Other constituencies include Shinyalu with 76,978 voters, Matungu with 73,930, and Likuyani with 72,449 registered voters. Butere and Ikolomani have 70,224 and 56,299 voters respectively.
Khwisero constituency has 55,091 voters, while Mumias West and Mumias East register 53,317 and 50,568 voters, respectively. Navakholo has the lowest number of registered voters, totalling 64,743.
