A day after his release from remand, Joseph Mwenda popularly known as DJ Joe Mfalme, has announced that he will be hosting a series of events including parties.
In a series of posts, the Dj indicated that his first show will be on Tuesday, April 9, at The Tunnel in Syokimau Dubbed Pink Tuesday, noting that the event will connect people through music.
Mfalme was released by the court following an exoneration in the ongoing murder case of Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) officer Felix Kelian.
He was set free together with his associates Eric Kariuki and Simon Wanjiru, who were unconditionally released by the Kibera Law Courts.
DJ Joe Mfalme conveyed deep appreciation to his friends, supporters, and those who offered their well wishes, for their unwavering support during this difficult period.

Other Events DJ Joe Mfalme Will be Hosting
At the same time, DJ Joe Mfalme added that he will be hosting another event on Wednesday, April 10, at the Paris Lounge in Mirema dubbed Lucky Night.
On Friday, April 12, the DJ will be at Zero01 Lounge in Nyali.
Further, he indicated that on Saturday, April 13, he will be at Kiusini Tavern in Kilifi County. The live party, he said will be “Connecting people through music Experience,”
Additionally, the DJ will be hosting another show on Sunday, April 14 at the Zero4 Sports Lounge in Mombasa County.

Family of DCI Officer Speak after the Release
After the release of the entertainer and his associates, the family of the late DCI officer Felix Kelian revealed that before he passed away, the deceased indicated that he was attacked by more than one person.
They pleaded with the court to ensure that justice was done, fearing that because the suspects had been released, the case would go unsolved.
“We have seen we are not likely to get justice, because when the case is just beginning and six of the seven suspects have just been freed, it is important for people to know we spoke to our kin before he died,” one of the family members said.
According to them, their kin was beaten up, arrested and locked up in a police cell. When he was released the following day, he went to the hospital to seek treatment and passed away.
“The police officers were actually witnessing as the deceased was being beaten and therefore to us this not the way to go, we feel that so much is being hidden,” protested the family member.
