Gretsa University is a progressive institution committed to providing quality and relevant higher education.

Established in 2006, the university is duly registered and accredited by the Commission for University Education (CUE).

Gretsa University is a private University located in Thika Town along Thika-Garissa Road. 

 The institution offers degrees, diplomas, and certificate programmes in Business, Computer Science, Hospitality Management, Education, Health Sciences, Technology, and Agricultural Management, with a variety of specialized options.

As of December 2022, the university successfully held 13 graduation ceremonies, conferring degrees and awarding certificates and diplomas to over 8,500 graduands.
