JKUAT Enterprises Limited (JKUATES), a state corporation affiliated with Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, has announced a major recruitment drive to fill 216 vacancies across various departments.
In a public notice issued Tuesday, July 22, JKUATES invited qualified, experienced, and motivated individuals to apply for 14 different positions ranging from engineers and technicians to legal assistants and ICT officers.
The positions are aimed at enhancing the organization’s capacity to offer research, consultancy, training, and innovation services to both public and private sector clients.
“As part of our continued commitment to excellence and service delivery, our client is seeking to recruit suitably qualified, experienced, result-oriented, and highly motivated Kenyans to fill the following vacant positions,” read the notice in part.
JKUAT Enterprise Announces 216 Vacancies
JKUAT Enterprise is seeking to recruit one Legal Assistant, 11 Engineers in Design, and 34 Technicians in Design.
In the construction department, the enterprise is looking to bring on board 7 Principal Engineers, 4 Engineers, and 33 Technicians, highlighting the scale of upcoming or ongoing infrastructure projects.
The operations and maintenance unit is also set for a boost, with the recruitment of 13 Engineers and 33 Technicians.
Additionally, in the renewable energy sector, the company is offering opportunities for 5 Renewable Energy Officers and 8 Renewable Energy Assistants.
The recruitment drive also includes 5 Planning Officers, 15 Wayleaves Officers, 15 Surveyors, and 17 Cartographers.
