The approved tariff schedules show that water and sewerage charges will vary depending on the water service provider, customer category and consumption level.
Households, businesses, government institutions and schools will pay different rates based on the approved pricing structure for their respective regions.
Across all the schedules, domestic customers will continue to be billed using consumption bands, with higher water usage attracting progressively higher tariffs.
Separate rates have also been approved for multi-dwelling units (MDUs), gated communities, commercial and industrial users, public institutions, water kiosks and bowsing points.
