Ownership of Moja Expressway
Earlier on September 6, Kenyans raised questions over the ownership of the company managing the expressway after reports emerged claiming that former president Uhuru Kenyatta had some stake.
The report noted that Uhuru forced his way into ownership of the China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC), an established company with interests in civil engineering and construction projects such as highways, railways, bridges, ports and tunnels.
In the excerpt shared on social media, the author alleges that Mountain Hill Global Investment company allegedly owned by a member of the Kenyatta family together with Moja Expressway company are the owners of the Nairobi Expressway.
However, The Kenya Times established that the article had been fabricated.
