William Musyoka Musya is a Judge of the High Court and a legal scholar who was interviewed by the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) in July 2022 for a position as a Judge of the Court of Appeal.
Academic and Professional Qualifications
Musyoka holds a Master of Laws from the University of Nairobi, earned in 1996.
He also holds a Bachelor of Laws from the same university, awarded in 1990, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He was admitted to the Roll of Advocates in 1991.

Since 2012, William Musyoka Musya has been a Judge of the High Court.

In 2012, he served as a Partner at Musyoka & Muigai Advocates.
From 2008 to 2011, he was a Partner at Musyoka Wambui & Katiku Advocates.
Previously, Musyoka served as a Lecturer at the University of Nairobi School of Law from 1994 to 2012.
