Marwa Kitayama is a Kenyan politician currently serving as a member of parliament for Kuria East Constituency in Migori County.
He was elected on a United Democratic Alliance (UDA) Party ticket in 2022 to renew his term as an MP.
Kitayama was first elected as a member of parliament in 2017.

In 2006, he attended the Kenya Institute of Highways and Building Technology (KIHBT) in Kisii to study a Certificate in Labour-based Road Construction Technology.

Then, between 1990 and 1994, Marwa Kitayama was employed at Mori Engineering Services as a Site foreman.
From 2013 to 2017, he worked at the Kenya Pipeline Company Limited as a Director, Head of Technical Committee.
Later in 2017, Marwa Kitayama joined the Kenya National Assembly as a Member of Parliament for Kuria East Constituency.
