The Company offers sales and after-sales service for a wide range of Isuzu vehicle models and UD Trucks.
Isuzu East Africa said it is focused on building a strong pipeline of emerging talent and is offering internship opportunities tailored for recent university graduates from the East African Community (EAC) member states.
The internship program targets graduates from the class of 2024 and is specifically designed to provide a dynamic one-year learning experience.

Internship Fields and Qualifications
The Company has encouraged interested candidates to apply for internship positions aligned with their specific educational qualifications.
Available positions are in departments including:
1.Manufacturing, Engineering & Bodybuilding
Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
This division focuses on vehicle production, innovation in body design, and ensuring manufacturing excellence.
2.Sales & Marketing
Eligible applicants must possess a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing or Business-related fields.
Alternatively, degrees in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering are also acceptable due to the technical nature of automotive product offerings.

3. Aftersales & Channel Development
Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
This area centers on post-sales customer support, dealer network growth, and service excellence.
4.Finance & Strategy
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology (IT)-related disciplines or Procurement & Supplies Management.
This department supports strategic planning, budgeting, and financial operations to align with business goals.
5. HR & Corporate Sustainability
Suitable degrees for this division include Project Management, Journalism, Communication and Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
This unit handles human capital development, legal compliance, and corporate sustainability programs.

Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must have graduated in 2024 with a KCSE Mean Grade of A- or GPA 3.7.
They must also have an Upper Second-Class Honours degree or a GPA of 3.0.
Possession of professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CPS, CIM, CISA, and CIPS will be an added advantage.
Master’s degree graduates will be considered subject to meeting the minimum KCSE and bachelor’s degree requirements.
