The Kenya Times understands that the short courses run from two weeks to ten weeks programmes which cost as little as KSh 13,500 with the most expensive course ranging at about KSh 52,500.
In an exclusive interview with The Kenya Times, the institution’s head disclosed that the courses involve hands-on training with some of Kenya’s best instructors and tutors.

To add the icing on the cake, The NCBCT also has courses that are specifically designed for children ranging from the age of 13 to 17 years old who can be enrolled for short 1 week courses in cake making, cake decoration, and Cookies during the November and December holiday, April holidays and August holidays.
The courses take only 3 hours per day and costs only KSh 10,500 per child inclusive of ingredients, the school’s director told The Kenya Times.
Apart from Diploma and Craft Certificate Programs, KCSE leavers can also benefit themselves with short practical skills in different areas of professions from the Nairobi College of Bread and Confectionery Technology starting January 7, 2023 until December 2023 for various courses such as:
1) 2 weeks courses (3 hours or 6 hours per day for only KSh13500)
2)10 weeks courses (3hours or 6 hours per day for only KSh 52,500.
