Canada has announced the 2026 fully funded scholarships for international students pursuing Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD programs at recognised universities and colleges across the country.
Funded by the Government of Canada through Global Affairs Canada, the scholarships cover full tuition and related academic expenses, and applications are open to eligible candidates until the March 31, 2026, deadline.
“These scholarships are funded by Global Affairs Canada and support undergraduate, master’s, and PhD students across a wide range of academic disciplines,” the statement read in part.

These scholarships are hosted in Canada at recognised universities, colleges, and technical institutes. They offer Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, Diploma, and Certificate programs.
Canada Scholarship Financial Coverage
The Canadian Government Scholarships 2026 provide direct financial support to successful applicants.
Undergraduate, college, or graduate students undertaking at least 4 months of study are eligible to receive CAD 10,200.
Graduate students participating in five to six months of study or research are eligible to receive CAD 12,700.
In addition to the direct financial support, the scholarship covers full tuition fees for eligible programs.
It also provides economy-class round-trip airfare for successful candidates. Visa and study permit fees are included under the financial coverage.
Additional Covered Expenses
The scholarship includes health insurance coverage for the duration of the study period.
Monthly living expenses are covered, including accommodation, food, and utilities. Local transportation costs, including a public transit pass, are also provided.
