St. Catherine Girls’ Secondary School, Kesses, is a public girls’ boarding secondary school located in Uasin Gishu County.

St. Catherine Girls’ Secondary School has continued to post steady performance in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examinations.
According to the provisional KCSE 2025 results released on January 10, 2026, the school presented 283 candidates for the examination. The candidates attained a mean score of 6.8434, up from 6.793 in the previous year, representing a positive deviation of +0.0504.
In the grade distribution, the results included 17 B+, 55 B (plain), 89 B-, and 72 C+ grades, alongside 35 C (plain), five C- and a small number of lower grades. A total of 169 candidates qualified for direct university entry, translating to a university entry rate of 60.14 per cent.

Under Ministry of Education guidelines effective January 2026, fees for public senior secondary schools were standardised based on institutional classification.
As a C2 category public senior school, St. Catherine Girls’ Senior School has an official annual tuition fee of Ksh45,054. However, the total cost for boarding students may be higher once additional approved charges are included.
