As of December 31, 2023, TotalEnergies SE, a French multinational energy company, is listed as the majority shareholder.

It holds 93.9% of the company’s shares through its subsidiary, TotalEnergies Marketing Afrique.

Other shareholders include Bid Plantations Limited, Emmett Joseph Benjamin, Rajesh Dharamahi Shah and Ahmed Mian Abdur Rahim.

Bid Plantations Limited

​Bid Plantations Limited is a Kenyan investment company associated with the Bid family, notably entrepreneur Dilesh S. Bid.

It has been involved in various investment activities, including significant share acquisitions and takeover bids.​

In 2018, Bid Plantations Limited was involved in share acquisitions of KenolKobil, purchasing shares worth Ksh7.35 million. ​

Emmett Joseph Benjamin is listed as a significant shareholder in TotalEnergies Marketing Kenya PLC.

He holds approximately 2.5 million shares, which represents about 0.398% of the company’s total shares.

​Rajesh Dharamshi Shah

Shah is a Kenyan investor who held 1.73 million shares in TotalEnergies Marketing Kenya PLC, representing about 0.27% of the company’s total shares. ​

In 2021, he was listed as the executor of the estate of the late Dharamshi Devshi Shah after his death on August 11, 2020.

Shah was listed among the top shareholders of Unga Group Limited back in 2003.

He had 710,500 shares, which accounted for 1.13% of the company’s total shares at that time.

Ahmed Mian Abdur Rahim

Rahim held 459,960 shares in TotalEnergies Marketing Kenya PLC.
