Residents of Kericho County registered under the Social Health Authority (SHA) can access healthcare services from public and private facilities under the framework.
According to the current SHA facility listing, Kericho County has healthcare providers distributed across different levels of care, ranging from Level 5 hospitals to Level 2 clinics and dispensaries.
The facilities include hospitals, medical centers, nursing homes, health centers, clinics, dispensaries, and specialized dental facilities serving residents across the county.
Public facilities listed under the SHA framework include Mugumoini Dispensary, classified as a Level 3B health center.
Additionally, the Tea Research Foundation (T.R.F.K.) Dispensary and the University of Kabianga Kapkatet Campus Dispensary are listed as Level 2 public facilities.
