Githua Wamacukuru James is a Kenyan politician and a member of parliament representing Kabete Constituency in Kiambu County.
He was elected in the 2017 elections, then reelected in 2022.
In March 2025, Wamacukuru was recognized for his exceptional leadership, earning second place in Central Kenya and second nationally in the Starleaders Awards by Politrack Africa Ltd.

Githua Wamacukuru began his education at Mama Ngina Primary School, completing the Kenya Certificate of Primary Education in 1990.
He then attended Nakuru Day Secondary School, earning the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education in 1994.
Between 2012 and 2015, he studied at Kenya Methodist University, graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
