Jane Karuku became Deputy Chief Executive and Secretary General at Telkom Kenya-Orange from 2008-2012.
She moved to the Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa where she served as a President from 2012-2014.

In 2024, the company’s revenue had grown to Ksh124.65 billion ($848.95 million), up from Ksh85.6 billion ($13.5 million) in 2021.
In 2020, she was awarded the Moran of the Order of the Golden Heart of Kenya (MGH) award, recognizing her contributions to the nation.
She was named among 50 African women corporate leaders who run the largest and most complex businesses in Africa.
