Joseph Tonui Kipkosgei is a Kenyan politician and the Member of Parliament for Kuresoi South Constituency in Narok County.
He vied for the seat on the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) party ticket.
Tonui is serving his second term as the Kuresoi South member of parliament.

Joseph Tonui started his education at Kimawit Primary School, earning his Primary Certificate.
He then attended Kimolwet Secondary School from 1983 to 1987, where he completed his O-Level education.
