Francis Tom Kajwang Joseph is a Kenyan politician serving as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Ruaraka Constituency in Nairobi County.
He has been serving since March 2013 and is affiliated with the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM).
Notably, Kajwang is known for having been involved in the swearing-in ceremony of Raila Odinga as the People’s President in 2017.
Kajwang Joseph is the younger brother of the late Homa Bay Senator Otieno Kajwang.

Kajwang’ went on to complete his Kenya Advanced Certificate of Education (KACE) at Kanga High School between 1987 and 1988.
Pursuing his legal education, he earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Nairobi between 1989 and 1992 and subsequently qualified with a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law in 1994.

Kajwang’ embarked on his legislative career when he was first elected Member of Parliament for Ruaraka Constituency in March 2013, and he continues to serve in this capacity.

Throughout his parliamentary service, he has held numerous committee roles: in the 11th Parliament (2013–2017), he served as a member of both the Departmental Committee on Justice & Legal Affairs and the Committee on Delegated Legislation and served on the Chairperson’s Panel as the Third Chairperson of Committees.
In the 12th Parliament (2017 to date), he contributes to the Constitutional Implementation Oversight Committee and the Procedure and House Rules Committee.
