Sloya Clement Logova is the current Member of Parliament (MP) for Sabatia Constituency in Vihiga County, Kenya.
He was elected in the 2022 general elections on a United Democratic Alliance (UDA) ticket.

Clement Sloya began his formal education at Mutsulyu Primary School, where he completed his KCPE between 1991 and 1998.
He then proceeded to Mbale Boys High School from 1999 to 2020 to obtain his KCSE.
From 2003 to 2005, he earned a Certificate in Information Science from Sigalagala Technical Institute, followed by a Diploma in the same field in 2009.
He furthered his studies at Kisii University, graduating with a Degree in Information Science between 2015 and 2019.

Sloya’s professional career began as a Library Assistant on attachment at Moi University, Eldoret, starting in 2004.
From 2008 to 2009, he served as the head of the Library at Viyalo Secondary School.
Between 2009 and 2014, he worked at Mbale Boys High School as Head Librarian.
In 2012, he also served briefly as a Systems Analyst during a Science Congress event at the same school.
Since 2014, Clement Sloya has worked at Vihiga County Assembly, holding the position of Records Manager / Personal Assistant to the Clerk of the County Assembly.
In 2022, Clement Sloya Vied for the Sabatia member of parliament seat, which he won and is currently serving.
In Parliament, Sloya serves on the House Committee on Defence, Intelligence, and Foreign Relations, as well as the Public Petitions Committee.
