Susan Ngugi Nduyo is a Kenyan politician and the Women Representative for Tharaka-Nithi County in Kenya.
She was elected for the role in 2022, and she is a member of The Service Party.
Educational Background of Susan Ngugi
Susan Ngugi began her formal education at Kamatungu Primary School, earning her KCPE between 1981 and 1989.
She proceeded to Ikuu Girls Secondary School, where she completed her KCSE, achieving a B-minus grade between 1990 and 1993.
Later, she furthered her professional education in the health sector, obtaining a Diploma in Occupational Therapy from the Kenya Medical Training College between 1998 and 2001.

Her academic journey culminated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Kenyatta University between 2005 and 2009, followed by a master’s degree in Sociology from Egerton University between 2012 and 2015.

She first served as Project Director at MCK Thiti Child Development Centre in 2009–2010, followed by a brief role as Children Officer with the Committee of Experts on Constitutional Review in 2010.
Susan Ngugi then joined the Ministry of Gender, Children & Social Services as a Children Officer from 2010 to 2014. In 2014, she transitioned to the County Assembly of Tharaka-Nithi, serving as Deputy Sub-County Administrator until 2017.
