Adan Yussuf Haji is a Kenyan politician and a current Member of Parliament for Mandera West Constituency in Mandera County.
He has been a member of The Economic Freedom Party (EFP) since 2017 and an Aspirant Member of Parliament of the Republic of Kenya representing Mandera West Constituency.
Haji was re-elected as a member of parliament in the 2022 general elections.

Between 1965 and 1971, Adan Yussuf went to Rhamu Primary for his certificate of primary education (CPE) before proceeding to Wajir Secondary School for his O-level in 1972.
From 1976 to 1978, Adan Yussuf attended the AHITI in Kabete to study a Certificate in Animal Health.
Adan Yusuf Haji pursued a Diploma in Animal Health from Egerton College from 1984 to 1987.

He transitioned to the NGO and development sector, where he held leadership roles.
Haji served as the CEO of the Arid Region Integrated Development Agency from 2003 to 2004.
Additionally, Yusuf Haji worked as a Project Manager at CARE International between 2004 and 2007.
From 2007 to 2008, Yusuf Haji was a Consultant at Camelbell Consultant.
He also served as the Senior Programme Officer at PACT Kenya from 2008 to 2009 and as an Area Coordinator at Practical Action between 2008 and 2010.
From 2011 to 2014, he served as Director of Programs at Development Alternatives Inc. (DAI), before becoming Deputy Chief of Party for the Peace III programme at Pact Inc. from 2014 to 2017.
In 2017, Yusuf Haji was elected as Member of Parliament for Mandera West Constituency under the United Democratic Movement (UDM) and was re‑elected in 2022.
During the 12th Parliament, he served on the Departmental Committees on Agriculture & Livestock and Justice & Legal Affairs, leveraging his technical and governance skills to influence policy.
