King Kaka calls out government

The musician called out the government for the ongoing abductions stating that it is not the best way to address the financial crisis that Kenyans are facing.

“I am not sure that the government is carrying out the abductions, but if they are, that is a very unfortunate way of instilling fear on citizens. Looking at those who have been abducted, they are just trying to fight for the rest of the Kenyans,” stated King.

King Kaka stated that if the trend were to continue, he would also find himself in trouble.

“Kenyans are going through a crisis that should not be addressed through abductions because if it takes that direction, so many of us will go to jail. Me included because I have been very vocal on issues affecting Kenyans and pointing out mistakes of the government,” added the musician.

Kenyans’ demands are justified

He went on to state that the disgruntlement of the people is justified as the Kenya Kwanza Government has failed to deliver on its promises, something that has rendered most of them jobless.

“Kenyans are projecting, that what was mostly promised is not what is being delivered and that is a big fail. There are graduates with no jobs, and Kenyans are complaining everywhere. People would not be complaining for the hang of it,” stated King.

In 2019, King Kaka released a song that ruffled the feathers of politicians. The song titled “Wajinga Nyinyi” condemned the government for bad leadership and corruption. The song saw some leaders come out to shed light on some issues mentioned in the song.
