Terence Creative Warns Kenyans Copying His Content; Issues Demands

Content creator Terence Creative has issued a stern warning to people who use his content without crediting him.

Taking to his Instagram stories, the creator stated that using his content without permission would attract legal penalties.

“I Terence Creative appreciate fellow creators and support fair use of my content for creative, educational, and non-commercial purposes,” stated Terence.

“However, any misuse including but not limited to altering, misrepresenting, or using my content for malicious, defamatory, or misleading purposes is strictly prohibited,” he added.

The content creator particularly spoke about content on his Instastories stating users sharing his content must credit him properly.

“Unauthorized commercial use, redistribution, or exploitation of my InstaStories without proper credit or permission may result in appropriate action. If you use my content tag me to give credit and maintain transparency,” he added.

Terence went on to state that his privacy must be respected, issuing a warning to anyone who intends to share his personal details and that of people close to him.

“Additionally, my personal privacy must be respected. Any attempts to disclose or share my home address, my children’s affairs, or their private details are strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action,” he ended the statement.

The creator has been addressing issues blatantly on his social platforms over the recent past.

Recently, he called out a content creator for going behind his back to tell on his marriage woes to a client. While he did not specify the name of the creator, he stated that the celebrity wanted him to lose the job.

“The client who you had gone behind our back to talk to and spoil our name to is the same one who looked for us and gave us the job after finding out the truth,” stated Terence. 

“But now that we have had a small issue, you are exaggerating things. I will not stand here and say my marriage is perfect. I will never do that and that is why I never have pressure,” he added.
