Bishop Edward Mwai, founder of Jesus Winner Ministry, has broken his silence after Gen Z threatened to occupy his church today on Sunday, March 9 2025. The Bishop turned up with an army of faithful who cheered fervently, drowning any protests by Gen Z who had come to oppose the evangelist.
While speaking in his church in Roysambu, Bishop Mwai stated that a section of bloggers launched an online campaign targeting his church and to insult him, but he has forgiven them.

“Kuna watu waliingia kwa mtandao, bloggers ndio wakaona sasa wapata nafasi ya kunipiga . Nimeitwa majina mingi mbaya but you have stand with me. God bless you,” said Bishop Mwai as his army of Christians cheered wildly.

He further reiterated that he has forgiven all those who have insulted him and he has left that matter to God.

“I have said that all the stones that have been thrown at me while in this Jesus Winner, may God forgive them. I have forgiven them, but I have left it to God.
I will never fight with anyone,” Bishop Mwai reiterated.

At the same time, Bishop Mwai alleged that the bloggers who have been insulting him online have been hired by some certain individuals.

Furthermore, the founder of Jesus Winner Ministry claimed that some individuals had hired a particular set of people to interfere with his service. Fortunately, the cops were able to thwart their plans and were arrested. Bishop Mwai then called for their release.
“And even this morning, there were some who had been sent, and others are here who have been arrested with their phones, but I have forgiven them. I have even said they should be released,” said the Jesus Winner Ministry Bishop.

Bishop Edward also sated that he has forgiven those people who accused him of stealing KDF land and those who sent him a letter requesting him that he return Ksh 20 million that President Ruto had granted him.
Moreover, Bishop Mwai defended his decision to host President Ruto, stating that everyone is welcome to attend services at Jesus Winner Ministry.
The founder of Jesus Winner Ministry remarks comes after a section of Gen threatened to stage protests at his church.
