Popular Kameme FM presenter Muthoni wa Kirumba, widely known as Baby Top, has shared an emotional Facebook post originally authored by the late founder of Toto Touch, Dr. Susan Kamengere.
In a social media update on July 16, 2025, Muthoni revealed that Susan’s cryptic message was posted at 6:30 PM but was later deleted.
“Rest in peace, my friend Dr. Susan Toto Touch — a heartfelt Facebook post by Susan N. Kamengere shared yesterday at 6:30 PM was later deleted, and not long after, she was no more,” read part of the post.
Dr. Susan Kamengere’s Emotional Letter
Hours before her untimely passing, Susan N. Kamengere, the founder of Toto Touch, shared a distressing message on Facebook.
In the letter, Susan shared what she described as a terrifying experience of forced medical admission.
“It’s normal to express grief at any stage of life, and in pain, and it helps get relief, and my few others that care for me effortlessly and in love. Also, those going through grief understand it’s different for each of us. Now, a group of nurses have invaded my bedroom and forced an injection on me,” read part of the deleted post shared by Muthoni.
According to Susan, a team of four individuals—two men and two women—entered her home without notice, claiming to have been sent by her doctor.
She alleged that they forcibly injected her in both gluteal muscles without her consent and removed her from her home, likening the experience to being “whisked away like a suspect.”
In her words, the founder revealed that she had been experiencing a deep emotional pain, mourning the loss of her mother while also sharing her ongoing battle with bipolar disorder.

Job Interview
She also mentioned having an upcoming interview with an international company.
“I have an interview on Wednesday with an international company; how do I miss that opportunity if I’m being admitted?” read part of her post.
Additionally, in a WhatsApp conversation with Muthoni, she reminisced about a past job offer in Seattle, USA, which she had to decline due to illness and subsequent hospitalisation.
“Apparently, I had a job offer in Seattle some years back. Unfortunately, I got so sick and was admitted for a long time. So the process was cancelled,” read the message.

Despite this painful memory, Susan expressed happiness for a friend, Baby Top, who had successfully made it to the United States.
She saw Muthoni’s success as a reflection of the dream she once held, now fulfilled through her friend.
“To the same place I wanted you to come is where you are, baby girl. Enjoy and be happy. God has elevated you to another level,” ended part of her message.
