Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) has announced 30 job vacancies in management and medium-level positions.
In an advert posted on May 14 KCB seeks to recruit individuals with expertise from different fields.
“We are hiring! Uncover these and more career possibilities on our website. Take the next step and apply now!” KCB said.
Among the positions advertised include Senior Manager, Credit Quality, Policy, and Governance, Safeguarding Manager, Monitoring & Evaluation Manager, Manager in Lending Commercialization and a CISOC Analyst.
Additionally, the bank advertised for the position of a Manager in Wealth & Vas Commercialization, Senior Manager in Domain Architect Integrations & Middleware, Senior Manager Advisory, Debt Markets and a Senior Associate Advisory.

Other positions advertised include Solution Architect, Technical Delivery Manager, Enterprise Domain Architect – Channels & Payments, Safeguarding Manager, Senior Manager, and Credit Quality, Policy, and Governance.
Further, KCB noted that applications for these jobs must be submitted by Thursday, May 17, 2024.
Similarly, the bank advertised positions for Senior Finance Manager, Integrated Sustainability & Regulatory Reporting, Senior Business Analyst, Principal QA Engineer and a Principal Business Analyst.

Principal Business Analyst T24 Core Banking, Compliance Manager- KCB Investment Bank, and Manager, ESB & Integrations Support positions were also advertised.
The deadline of application for the above jobs is set for Friday May 23, 2024.

KCB Flags Mass Recruitment
Meanwhile, KCB warned members of the public against fake job opportunities announcement that has been making rounds on social media.
“We’ve spotted a deceptive poster circulating online. This content is NOT TRUE. We urge everyone to remain vigilant and dismiss this misinformation,”
“Remember, all official updates from #KCBFoundation are shared exclusively through the KCB Group handle and verified bank channels.”
In the fake advert, there were allegations that the KCB foundation had partnered with United Nations Institute for Training & Research (UNITAR) to promote the use of electric motorbikes by Boda Boda riders in Kenya.

The advert also said the bank needed 58,000 Boda Boda operators and 2, 320 security officers who will be earning Ksh. 18,600 and Ksh 15, 250 per month respectively.
“We have procured and distributed the initial 58,000 Electric Motor Bikes in all the 290 constituencies of Kenya. The motor bikes shall be used for transportation and distribution services under the management of UNITAR,” read part of the fake job advert.
“Currently, we are recruiting suitable candidates to fill the following vacant positions in all the 290 constituencies of Kenya.”
Further the adverts had other positions including office Secretary (35,000), Constituency Supervisor (Ksh. 65, 650) and Trainer 9Ksh. 70, 500) each position announcing 580 vacant positions.
