The Orange Democratic Party (ODM) and United Democratic Party (UDA) are among the parties that will receive millions from the political party funds.
According to a notice by Registrar of Political Parties Anne Nderitu, UDA will receive Ksh316 million while Raila Odinga’s ODM will get Ksh168.8 million.
Political parties’ registrar Anne Nderitu issued the notice detailing the distribution of the funds while stating that revisions made during Supplementary Estimates No. 2 of Financial Year 2023/24 had occasioned a change in initial amounts.
“Political Parties Fund (PPF) allocation has been revised during Supplementary Estimates No. 2 of FY2023/24 and this has necessitated review of the distribution of the Fund,” she said.

On the other hand, Jubilee Party will get the third largest share of Ksh74 million.

Kalonzo Musyoka’s Wiper party is set to receive Ksh39 million while the Democratic Action Party Kenya (DAP-K) party will receive Ksh17, 329,437.
United Democratic Movement (UDM) party will receive Ksh14,722,533 whereas the Amani National Congress (ANC), will receive Ksh14,577,402, and Ford-Kenya Ksh14,162,181.
