Laikipia County has 263,012 registered voters spread across its three constituencies, according to data from the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC).
Laikipia West leads in terms of registered voters with 118,865 registered voters. It is followed by Laikipia East, which has 96,395 voters, while Laikipia North trails with 47,752 registered voters.
Each of the three constituencies is represented in the National Assembly by a Member of Parliament from a different political party.
Stephen Wachira Karani of the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) represents Laikipia West.

Laikipia East is represented by Festus Mwangi Kiunjuri of The Service Party (TSP), a smaller party that has maintained an independent stance in national politics.
In Laikipia North, Sarah Paulata Korere serves as MP under the Jubilee Party.
