Legendary Kenyan songstress Nyota Ndogo has over the years proven that she is not a materialistic woman.
The mother of two has always been preaching about how women should work hard to make their own money and enjoy it without necessarily depending on men.
Many are times she has confirmed she never ended up with her mzungu husband because of her money as he found her with her own finances.
In her usual demeanor, Nyota Ndogo recently disappointed many women after refusing an expensive gift from her mzungu bae.
The musician on Tuesday, October 25, posted a video of herself having a chat with her husband.
In the video, the husband, Mr. Nielsen is heard telling Nyota Ndogo that he wants to treat her to the latest iPhone 14 Pro Max.

Unlike most women who would have jumped at that offer without delay, Nyota Ndogo turned down the offer as she insisted, she is okay with her old phone, iPhone 11.
The husband tried to convince her to accept the new phone which costs over KSh 250,000 because her old one is just that old, but the singer still refused.

Instead, Nyota Ndogo pleaded with the husband to use the same money to buy her land in Kenya where she can build a restaurant.
Since her husband has always been good to her, he agreed to her request and promised to get her the land.
Nyota’s negotiation skills impressed a section of her followers who lauded her for her brains.
Others, however, felt Nyota failed big time by refusing the iPhone 14 Pro Max gift.
