Quiver Lounge Kitengela Bar Manager has been called out over allegations of sexually harassing his waitresses before threatening to fire them upon refusal.
In a video that has since gone viral, a former female employee who was allegedly fired after refusing to sleep with a manager shared her experience as a waitress while calling for professionalism among staff in entertainment joints.

The woman expressed her bitterness in the video stating that the managers in nightclubs force waitresses to sleep with them in exchange for job security and later fire them when the demands are not met.
“How do you make people’s lives miserable because they have refused to sleep with you,” she said in the video.

“It is not fair, and it is up to these bosses to stand and employ people who are professional.”
The woman known as Kareh, continued to lash out how the waitresses have been made miserable for refusing to give themselves to the manager.

“You know yourselves. There is no one who can work in peace because they have refused to give themselves to the manager,” the distressed woman shared.

The whistleblower went on to challenge the management of these clubs to do a thorough check before employing workers.
She further pointed out that even after the women in fear of losing their positions agree to sleep with them, they also get fired and are called degrading names afterwards.
Moreover, the women who are promised higher positions as a ‘reward’ end up getting fired after agreeing to indulge them.
In the video, Kareh also provided insight on how women in such workplaces go there to earn a living and support themselves only to find such managers who take advantage of them leaving them helpless to their demands.
“They have come there to earn honestly, and you are taking advantage. Shame on you!”

The video that has been sparked reactions on X and TikTok with Kenyans expressing their outrage and remorse on the same.
A user on X named Kikosi commented saying, “whoever owns Quiver needs to do the right thing. The company needs to be sued.”
Another Netizen on X expressed his sympathy for the girl and the rest of waitresses experiencing the same stating that the women affected should unite and have the manager fired.
“That is not good kabisaa, those girls can unite and have that manager fired,” Manerico from X commented.
The Quiver Lounge Kitengela Management are yet to address or acknowledge the claims.
