The family of the 25-year-old man who fell from the fifth floor of an apartment in Riruta area has raised concerns about the many questions left unanswered about the death of their kin.
Charles Wanga Otieno was reported to have fallen from the fifth floor of an apartment.
According to the family, he had gone to deliver a carpet to some Nigerians moments before falling to his death.
While speaking to the media on Wednesday, January 31, the brother of the deceased Brian Otieno revealed that when Wanga was found he did not have any clothes on.
Also, he stated that Wanga’s clothes were found scattered on the seventh floor of the apartment, raising even more questions about how he died.
“We went to the seventh floor of the apartment and found his clothes, including his trousers, crocks, marvin, and an earing,” he stated.

Family of Wanga Recount His Last Moments
According to his brother, Wanga worked at a car wash with him. He narrated that when he last spoke to his brother, he was leaving the workstation to deliver the carpet.
Wanga told him that he was going to deliver the carpet to Nigerians and after a while, he heard from a friend that Wanga, his brother had called from the Corner Heights apartment.
“We used to work with him at the same car wash. He took the carpet, did some last touches and informed me that he was taking the carpet to some Nigerians,
“After a while, I heard from a friend of mine named Frank, who informed me that my brother had fallen,” Brian Otieno, the brother to the deceased stated.
On the other hand, Francis Lisuza, a friend of the family, stated that he was part of the group of friends who took Wanga to the Coptic Hospital. He also gave his account of events, adding that the doctors declared the 25-year-old dead on arrival.

“We took him to Coptic, the doctors took him to the emergency room and tried resuscitating him but informed us that he had already passed on,” Francis stated.
Police on the Death of the 25-Year-Old
Police officers at the scene established that the man did not have his trousers on when he landed on the ground.
The Detectives are holding the four Nigerian men in connection with the death of the 25-year-old man as investigations into the case continue.
Autopsy conducted on his body at Coptic Hospital revealed that the man died of severe head injury.
