The 2026 FIFA World Cup promises to be historic, being the first ever hosted across three countries— the United States, Canada, and Mexico—and the largest edition in history, featuring 48 teams competing for the iconic trophy.

FIFA has now opened applications for the Visa Presale Draw, running from Wednesday, September 10, to Friday, September 19, giving qualifying Visa cardholders an early chance to secure tickets.

The presale is an exclusive opportunity for Visa cardholders to access tickets before the general public sale. It is part of FIFA’s phased ticketing system, designed to manage high demand and ensure fair access for fans.

Fans eager to attend the World Cup have multiple ticket options designed to suit different preferences.

Tickets will be released in phases, with availability varying depending on the timing of your purchase. Here’s what you need to know:

How to Enter the FIFA World Cup 2026 Visa Presale Draw

Fans looking to secure tickets through the Visa Presale Draw can follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit FIFA.com/tickets and scroll to the FIFA World Cup 26™ section. Click “Explore details.”
  2. On the tournament page, click “Learn more.”
  3. You will then be prompted to either Sign Up (if you don’t have a FIFA ticketing account) or Sign In (if your account is already set up).

If signing up for the first time:

  • Provide the required information and click “Continue.”
  • Set your password, accept the Terms of Service, and click “Create Account.”
  • Check your email for a verification code and complete the account setup.

Once your account is ready:

  1. Go to the “Edit Your Personal Details” page and fill in all required fields: first name, last name, email, primary address, and your favorite team. Confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
    5. Click “Enter Now” or “Enter the Draw.”
    6. Scroll down and select “Enter Draw.”
    7. Click “Enter the FIFA World Cup 2026 Presale Ticket Draw for Visa Cardholders” and then “Continue.”
    8. Add your Visa card details under the payment method section by selecting “Add a new card.”
    9. Review the terms and conditions, tick the confirmation box, and click “Submit Entry.”

Once submitted, you will receive an email confirmation notifying you that your entry into the Visa Presale Draw has been successfully recorded.

Winners allocated a time slot to buy tickets (subject to availability) with a Visa card.

Following the first sales phase (Visa Presale Draw), FIFA will offer additional opportunities for you to purchase FIFA World Cup 26™ tickets in upcoming sales phases.

Meanwhile, timeslots to buy tickets exclusively with a qualifying Visa card will begin no earlier than October 1.
