A Nurse Toto Series
‘A Nurse Toto is among the most popular YouTube series in Kenya and features some of the most talented and creative actors and actresses in the country.
Season one premiered on February 9, 2023, and was considered successful running up to the end of the year.
Butita brings out humor, drama, and satire by showing the lives of nurses, doctors, and patients in a hospital going by the name ‘Facility One Hospital’.

Butita acts alongside three indifferent nurses: Annstella Karimi, Stephanie Muchiri and Fao Shishi at the facility.
The other characters include the lying and cheating men, the receptionist (Marya Okoth) known for her attitude, and the janitor (Omwami Comedian), posing as helpful and always selling traditional medicine.
The hospital receives patients, majority of them being Kenyan celebrities who pose as patients suffering from different and funny illnesses.
This adds to the fun and makes the series portray the situation in Kenyan hospitals.
Among the comedians who have made appearances in the second episode are comedian Nasra Yusuf and DJ Shiti.
