The crucial election, scheduled for mid-February, has attracted significant attention as Kenya’s candidate, Raila Odinga, prepares to face off against Djibouti’s Foreign Affairs Minister Mahamoud Ali Youssouf and Madagascar’s former Foreign Minister Richard Randriamandrato.
