KCB Bank Kenya Limited has appointed Joy Vipinchandra Bhatt as the Receiver and Manager of Eslon Plastics of Kenya Limited, a Nairobi-based plastics manufacturing firm.
According to a gazette notice dated October 10, 2025, the appointment took effect on September 18, 2025, granting the Receiver full authority over all assets and undertakings of the company.
Following the appointment, the Receiver will now be responsible for directing and managing the affairs of the company on behalf of the lender.
The notice stated that only the Receiver and duly authorized representatives are permitted to handle the company’s assets.
“Notice is given that Joy Vipinchandra Bhatt has been appointed as the Receiver and Manager (“The Receiver”) of Eslon Plastics of Kenya Limited, Nairobi on the 18th September, 2025 by KCB Bank Kenya Limited,” read part of the notice.
“This is to notify all interested stakeholders that following the Receiver’s appointment, the affairs of the company shall be directed by the Receiver, whose powers extend to all assets and undertakings of the Company.”

The notice warned that it is an offense for any person to hold, receive, use, buy, sell, contract, or otherwise deal with the company’s assets without the Receiver’s written consent.
It further stated that any such actions would be considered a violation of the law and would attract legal consequences.
The Receiver, who acts on behalf of the company without personal liability, has invited all correspondence to be directed to Eslon Plastics of Kenya Limited, through P.O. Box 69952 – 00400, Nairobi, or via email at [email protected].
