Police Officers are looking for a 32-year old man who is on the run, for allegedly pushing his girlfriend from the fifth floor of an apartment in Drive Inn, Nairobi area.
The 25-year old woman was allegedly with the suspect on Thursday, June 9 morning when a commotion was heard from the house. According to the neighbors, they heard a thud on the ground floor and upon checking, they saw the woman’s still body in a pool of blood.
Due to the fall, the victim cracked her skull and died at the scene during the incident which occurred at 2 am. The neighbors contacted the police who upon arrival at the scene of the incident established that the suspect identified as Peter Kamau Kuria was missing from his house which had been locked.
Nairobi police boss James Mugera reported that they were not yet aware of what had transpired, however, they are carrying out investigations on the issue as they look for the suspect in question.
The deceased body was taken to the mortuary for identification and autopsy.
