Kenyans were recently brought together by a plight from one of their own, Diana Chepkemoi who had been enslaved in Saudi Arabia.
Kenyan on social media did what they know best; Making noise online in a move that saw Diana get rescued and finally jetting back into the country.
Well, no sooner had Diana Chepkemoi settled in the country than a cross-section of Kenyans dragged controversial musician Akothee into the saga.
Random social media users picked issue with the mother of five, with quite a number of them accusing her of being among Kenya’s chronic human traffickers.
According to some of them, Akothee has been running a human trafficking syndicate, sending young naïve Kenyan Ladies to Arab countries.
A host of netizens claimed Akothee sends girls to such countries where they end up in prostitution and slavery.
Well, the reports reached Akothee, and being the vocal lady she is, responded.
Taking to her social media pages on Wednesday, September 7, night, Akothee did not admit or deny the accusations but told off her critics in the best way she knows.
Akothee listed a number of accusations Kenyans have been leveling against her in the past and noted how much she is not bothered.

Kenyans have accused me of Everything that could KILL ME ( ADAGI THO) . They even accused me of having HIV ???????????? forget about eating Foundation money ,not to talk about prostitution, don’t forget about the many baby daddies ,and five children from 5 different fathers. KENYANS have accused me of recruiting their girls to Europe to go sleep with muzungus Dogs, same Kenyans have accused me of Illuminati even as far as sacrificing my employee who died in his home.
Kenyans have accused me of being a bad role model to their children, This same Kenyans have accused me of Saudi Arabia saga ???????? Kenyans have tried trading me in with the likes of Yemi and Tiwa. They even deported me with my children to Tanzania Tanzania to take me they are tire ???? This same Kenyans don’t believe I have a talent ????not even one , this same Kenyans.
Don’t even believe that I actually own the life I post ,they think I fake & post for show off like the likes of other celebs This same Kenyans have called my children all sorts of names from ugly to fatherless ????This the same Kenyans have accused me of selling drugs , this same Kenyans including the ones living in diaspora has accused me of receiving donations on behalf of the foundation which I used for my own personal use. This Kenyans have accused me of stealing wealth from Muzungus,” Akothee wrote.
The musician, in conclusion asked anyone who thinks she is guilty of anything she’s accused of to record their statements with DCI and leave her alone, or better yet involve the Supreme Court.
“Thank God I don’t have a penis ,I have no idea how many Kenyan women would accuse me of rapping them or sexually assaulting them or even getting them pregnant. This same Kenyans can’t LEAVE without my presence, they live upto keep up with MADAMBOSS. MIMI NDIO NIKO bro ✌️Sis. CALL SUPREME COURT DCI Are taking too long. This, however, did not come as a surprise to many Kenyans since Akothee is known for her liking for telling off her critics.
The Kenya Times understands the musician has over the years been reducing her critics to size whenever they accused her of anything.
