Bangbet Kenya is a betting company founded in 2018 by Rabow Company, and it is registered under Kenyan law. It is licensed by the Betting Control and Licensing Board (BCLB) under license number 0000208, allowing it to legally operate online sports betting services in Kenya.
At the same time, its website is licensed by the BCLB under the Betting, Lotteries and Gaming Act.
The betting Company offers a variety of sports betting options, including football, basketball, tennis, and local competitions like the Kenyan Premier League.
In addition to its Kenyan operations, Bangbet has expanded into other African countries, including Ghana, Nigeria, and South Africa, providing online sports betting services in these regions as well.
Rabow: Founder of Bangbet
Rabow Company is the founder of Bangbet betting firm, a Kenyan-registered company licensed by BCLB. While details about the company’s internal leadership remain private, Rabow is the driving force behind Bangbet’s success in the Kenyan betting industry.
It developed the platform, built the brand, and grew it into one of Kenya’s top betting platforms.
The ownership of Bangbet, a leading online sports betting and casino platform in Kenya, is currently the subject of a legal dispute between two companies that is Rabow Co. Limited and Lucky Buss DMCC.

However, in 2024, a conflict arose when Lucky Bus DMCC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, claimed ownership of the Bangbet trademark after acquiring it from Rabow.
This led to Rabow filing a lawsuit alleging that the trademark assignment was fraudulent and that Lucky Bus DMCC, in collaboration with another firm, unlawfully took control of the platform, including its financial operations and customer funds.

Lucky Buss DMCC
Lucky Buss DMCC, a Dubai-based company, claims to have lawfully acquired the Bangbet trademark from Rabow Company Limited. This acquisition was reportedly formalized through a Deed of Assignment registered in March 2021.
The director of the company is known as Kexian Xiao.
Following the transfer, Lucky Buss continued to operate the Bangbet brand using Rabow’s license until July 2024, when the assignment was officially recorded.
