Mwirigi is a businessman and entrepreneur from Kenya who contributed to establishing Shop and Deliver Ltd.
Mwirigi is the co-founder of Betika.com and Roamtech Solutions Limited.
He also worked as Head of Technology at Mtech Communications Kenya and previously served as Product Development Engineer at Cellulant.
In addition, the Betika co-founder worked at Yellow Pages Kenya between April 2007 and May 2008 as a Web Application Developer.
He holds a Bachelor of Science from Jomo Kenyatta University of Science and Technology (JKUAT).
As of 2019, the Companies Registrar listed Shop and Deliver Limited as a company with a registration number CPR/2010/37880, with a nominal share capital of Ksh100,000.00.

Roamtech is a licensed Content Service Provider by the Communications Commission of Kenya (CCK) to provide mobile phone content through the existing mobile telephone networks.
The Company was founded in 2011 with its headquarters in Nairobi.
George Mburu is the co-founder of the Company and currently serves as Business Process Automation (B-PA).
Mburu has ser B-PA since February 2012 to date.
Previously, he served as Senior Network Engineer at Essar Telecom Kenya (YU) Essar Telecom Kenya (YU) between February 2010 to March 2012.
He also worked as Head of Networks and Infrastructure at Cellulant Group Limited from September 2008 to March 2010·

Mutua Mutava is the current Betika Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
He assumed the position in July 2024.
Mutava started as the head of finance when Betika started operations in Kenya back in 2016.
He was promoted to Deputy Managing Director in January 2023 before being named the Managing Director exactly a year later.
He is also the CEO and Co-Founder of Kitengela Royal School Limited, Kajiado Teachers Training College Limited and Rove Insurance Agency Limited.
Betika operates across several African countries, including Tanzania, Ethiopia, the DRC, Ghana, Nigeria, Mozambique, Zambia, Uganda, and Malawi.
