The HELB USSD service provides students with access to several loan-related services without necessarily requiring a smartphone.
By dialing *642#, beneficiaries can access their upkeep funds and manage aspects of their HELB accounts.

The reason I asked this is that , Some of us our parents only pay fees and forget how will survive on daily expenses such as food , rent and others.
